How to Book a Tour?

1. Choose the tour/s you want to take.
2. Complete the information requested
3. Select:
a. Reservation: your places to make the tour are saved until 48 hours before the selected day. In case you do not complete the payment procedure (online or in person with a Cocotrip representative) before then, the reservation is canceled.
b. Deposit: A deposit of USD 20 per person is required to confirm the reservation of the chosen tour on the selected date. Once the total amount of the tour is paid, you will be sent the service voucher to board.
c. Payment: The full payment of the tour is made and confirmed to be done on the selected date. You will receive an email with the confirmation coupon that will be requested when you start the tour (it is not necessary to print it, but to have it virtually).
4. A representative of the agency will contact you after you have confirmed any of the options above and will indicate how to proceed.
5. Once in Cancun or Playa del Carmen, a visit to your hotel or lodging place will be coordinated to provide you with more information in case you agree.
