  • Can special-needs individuals take part in the trips?

    Yes, individuals with different kinds of special needs can travel on the tours. However, at least one companion is required in order to assist the individual. This information must be included in a comment along with the tour reservation. Individuals using wheel chairs or those with other mobility limitations should check whether tours are appropriate before making reservations.

  • What to bring on the tour?

    Light clothing and comfortable footwear, sneakers in the archeological zones and sandals or special footwear for beaches and cenotes. Sunglasses and hat for protection from the sun. Water. Sun block. Swim suit and towel, as well as an extra change of clothes in the case of tours where swimming is optional. Mosquito repellent. Extra cash for souvenirs and tips. Avoid bringing very large or heavy backpacks.

  • What happens if I miss the pick-up?

    Your excursion can be re-scheduled; call the contact phone number immediately. Refunds are not allowed.
    It’s worth noting that the timelines established by the tour guide must be respected, otherwise the pick-up vehicle is entitled to leave after waiting 5 minutes for tardy parties.

  • Are purchases refundable?

    Yes, if cancelled 48 hours in advance.

  • Can I change my tour?

    Yes, as long as you change it 24 hours prior to the date of the excursion.
